Professional Development and E-Learning System for Educators
WASDINet has two services to meet the needs of Wisconsin's educators: one designed for education groups and one for individual teachers' professional development.
- Moderated Meeting Spaces for education groups wanting to conduct their day-to-day business online.
- Facilitated Online Learning Communities for teachers interested in ongoing professional development in math or science.
Moderated Meeting and Conference Spaces
Moderated asynchronous forums allow your group to do its ordinary business online. Time spent in face-to-face meetings can then focus on strategic/smart goals and crisis issues. This is an excellent alternative to meeting in person when group members are widely scattered geographically.
When people want to deal with human problems,
they want to talk to other people.
Facilitated Online Learning Communities
Facilitated asynchronous discussion forums providing ongoing teacher professional development. Current projects are for math teachers.
